In this episode I talk about how so much of our happiness is connected to our future plans. When we know something good is going to happen in the future because we planned it, whether its an outing, trip, social gathering, etc., we automatically feel happy thinking about it in anticipation. We have gotten so used to planning future events to make us feel happy right now. At this time, its difficult to plan the future when the future seems so uncertain. If we can’t plan for the future, how do we find happiness? In this episode I share that what we are experiencing currently is forcing us to find happiness right now and not in some future event. What you think, feel, and believe now creates your future experiences. I also share four suggestions on how to find happiness now so you can create the future you desire to experience.
