Raana has spent 20+ years in corporate finance working for large Fortune 500 companies including Gap, Inc., Ascena Retail Group, and Time Warner. As a CFO and a member of the executive leadership team for a large billion dollar organization, Raana was responsible for driving profitable growth, maximizing existing resources, managing risk, inspiring collaboration, and developing leaders and teams. Raana built strong teams with record level engagement scores which resulted in increased levels of productivity in times of uncertainty and change.
Raana has a passion for personal development based on her own experiences in the workplace. She has successfully developed and facilitated development programs within the organizations she has worked. As a former CFO she understands the value of investing in people and the positive impact it has on the lives of others and the organization as a whole.
Through her book, workshops, and presentations, she delivers a step by step process of how to use mindfulness and meditation to create a positive desired outcome, and why it works. She integrates ancient philosophy and wisdom into practical application in order to maximize impact and minimize stress and struggle. The integration of these concepts into her own daily life has been life changing for Raana; and, as a result, she is fully dedicated to empowering others with the same knowledge and tools.
In her work, Raana emphasizes taking personal accountability by first aligning your internal energy towards your desired outcome. By doing so correctly, you are able to create and achieve your goals and desires, while becoming happier and more fulfilled.
Raana currently lives in New Jersey with her husband, two children, and her dog. When she is not working she loves to snuggle and laugh with her kids, travel, ski, and enjoy life with a sense of gratitude.
